How often should I have my garage door serviced?
How do I program my remote?
The easiest way to program the remote to your garage is to locate the “Learn Button” on the opener, press it in, and release. Then, press the remote button that you want to program.
Where is the “Learn Button” located?
The location of the “Learn Button” varies on different brands, but generally it is found on the back side, just underneath where the wires connect. For further assistance, give us a call at 603-528-5658.
My door will go up with my remote, but not down. However, if I hold the button on the wall, it will go down. How can I get the remote to work?
Check the photo-eyes to make sure that they are reading each other and that there are no obstructions. If this does not solve the problem, be sure to contact us.
My opener just hums when I press the button and the door does not move. What is the problem and what can be done to fix it?
This issue could be caused by several things, but it is most likely the gear in the motor. They tend to wear out over time and need to be replaced. Call 603-528-5658 so we can schedule a time to service your garage door.
